Is my site backed up automatically?

Yes, full backups are done daily on all accounts however, these backups are for emergency or drastic situations only. If you've made a mistake and need a file restored, there may be a fee for retreiving the data from backups.

We recommend that you also continue to frequently backup your sites files and data on your own. You can do that easily from your control panel as well by making a full backup (which may take a few minutes to generate) and then downloading it via ftp or the file manager within your control panel.
